For 29 years, Youth Speaks has created brave spaces where young people, especially Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Pacific Islander, and those from working-class communities find, develop and apply their voices as creators of societal change. From our arts-in-education school residencies, to specialized writing workshops or our signature Brave New Voices International Poetry Slam, we build platforms for youth to speak for themselves and address the pressing questions facing their generation through their art.
